About Gutierrez Kitchen Remodeling Company

We’ve seen every ‘quick fix’ gone wrong in this area, from cheap cabinets that warp with the humidity to ‘premium’ appliances that break before the warranty runs out. Our process starts with a no-pressure walkthrough where we point out the weak spots in your current layout: the fridge too far from the sink, the lack of storage for your slow cooker and Instapot, or the outdated wiring that’s a fire hazard. Then we map out a remodel that actually works for how you live, not some generic ‘open-concept’ trend. And if you’re thinking ‘bathroom remodeling Mill Creek’ next, we handle that too, same no-nonsense approach, same local crews who know what Mill Creek homeowners really want.

Here’s the truth: most kitchen remodelers in the area lowball the budget or oversell the timeline. We don’t. Our contracts include a line-item breakdown of every cost, a fixed timeline with buffer days for weather delays (because Seattle doesn’t care about your schedule), and a 5-year warranty on labor and materials. You’ll get a crew that shows up on time, cleans up after themselves, and doesn’t treat your home like a demo site. Call us when you’re ready for real answers, not another sales pitch. (206) 809-9647.
